Rachel Lee’s Blog

Hello, and welcome to my blog!  We are just starting out and are excited to be starting this site.   People have commented that www.conardcounty.com is a nice site but hard to comment on, and my readers have asked for an easier way to communicate with me.   Since I will be launching a new series of books with Harlequin Nocturne in the near future, I felt the time was appropriate to launch a parallel site for Rachel Lee where readers can have an easier time commenting, and we can expand the scope of what we can talk about.

Oh goodie! Some more of your fabulous books! Please post when they will be available. Some years ago I was spending way to much money on just any romance books and started limiting my spending to 2 or 3 authors. You are one of these authors and I scan the shelves and buy when I see your name and I don’t worry about the content because I know it will be great!

Hi, Sharon. :) We’ve got four new Conard County books this year, NO ORDINARY HERO this past February, THE FINAL MISSION in May, JUST A COWBOY in July, and THE RESCUE PILOT in September.

I am so flattered that I’m one of the authors you continue to buy. That means a whole lot to me.

I hope you’ll continue to visit us here. It takes time to get a website up and rolling, and there’s still plenty of stuff at http://www.conardcounty.com as well.

We hope to combine the sites in a way that’s more functional for readers.

    Thanks for writing!

Oh good! I need to start looking at the shelves again! I have ‘No Ordinary Hero’ and of course it was great. Like a lot of others Conard County takes up a lot of my shelf space LOL!

Thanks so much, Sharon. We’re hoping to link our two sites and maybe move content here. These things take time, especially when your web designer is a volunteer (my son) who already has a full-time job.

We’ll ge there, and hope to start having newsletters again. The old site broke somehow, so at the moment we’re using ConardCounty.com simply for book announcements.

i have been reading some of your older books. I just finished Something Deadly 2004 It scared the pants off of me! I loved Markie Cross and Kato the wolf. I couldn’t seem to put the darn book down and it will take its place on the shelf with my “special” books. Not to brag here but we (family) have tons of books- mostly in boxes everywhere! Being a speed reader isn’t that bad….really!
PS- leaving comments on this site is difficult- if you make a mistake you have to erase everything via backspace and enter it all again.

We are still working on this site. Time constraints are making progress slower than I would like. I hope you can endure.

I’m thrilled that you enjoyed SOMETHING DEADLY. Writing that book was great fun. :)

Hi Rachel… Love your books! Sure wish you had a Facebook page to better follow you on though.

I do have a facebook page, but I’m having trouble keeping up. :) Too much writing and too little time. I do make sure to announce books on Twitter though. I may see about having my tweets crosspost to facebook. Maybe that would help? Thank you so very much!
